- Free (€0): 1 user. No Peppol, exports, recurring invoices, AI integration or API.
- Start (€9.99 per month, or the equivalent of €7.99 per month with annual billing): 25 Peppol documents per month, 1 user, exports for your accountant, recurring invoices, payment tracking with reminders, bank statement imports and a connection to your accounting software.
- Pro (€18.99 per month, or the equivalent of €14.99 per month with annual billing): 50 Peppol documents per month, everything in Start, plus 3 users and the AI integration (MCP).
- Team (€43.99 per month, or the equivalent of €34.99 per month with annual billing): 150 Peppol documents per month, everything in Pro, plus 10 users, the API and webhooks.
- A Peppol document is each invoice or credit note you send or receive through Peppol. Go over your allowance? Everything keeps working and you pay €0.25 per additional document. You can see your usage under Settings > Subscription.
- Pending team invitations count towards the user limit.
- If you return to Free, recurring invoicing pauses. Peppol has a 14-day grace period, with a notification and email; receiving continues during that period. Upgrading before deregistration cancels the deregistration. Afterwards, activate Peppol again using the existing activation process.
